What is Agastache mexicana?

Agastache mexicana, also known as Mexican hyssop or toronjil, is a flowering herb of the mint family native to Mexico. Its fragrant leaves and pink-purple flowers have long been used in traditional herbal infusions. We use a fair-trade extract of its flowers, leaves and stems.
